Vanilla Biscones

Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup vanilla greek yogurt
¾ cup unsalted cold butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons cold water.
3 ripe nectarine
1 package of instant vanilla pudding.
Hey ya’ll this is one of our fastest sweet treats and we are quite obsessed with them. First preheat the oven 400 degrees F. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar together. Cut the butter into pieces and with your hands work the butter into the dry mixture until it looks like cookie crumbs. In a separate bowl whisk egg, water and yogurt. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mix and stir until the dough barely comes together. Flour the counter and work the dough until it comes together, being careful not to overwork. Roll the dough into 1 inch thick and cut into triangles or squares. On a baking sheet prepared with baking paper place the biscones and bake them for 12 - 15 minutes.
While the biscones are baking cut the nectarines into slices, add a thin coat of granulated sugar and let it rest. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding with half of the indicated milk. When the biscones are ready rip them in half, add as much pudding as you want and decorate the top with the nectarines. Oh boy! Enjoy the explosion of favors and emotions!
