Fruit Tart

Ingredients
Crust ½ Cup confectioner’s sugar 1½ Cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ stick unsalted butter
Filling
1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Topping Nectarines Kiwi Strawberries Blackberries Blueberries
Glaze Apricot Jelly Water
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine butter, flour and the confectioners’ sugar until it forms a ball. With your fingers press the dough into a 12-inch tart pan with a removable bottom if you have one and if not use a pie pan. Pat until the crust is even and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown. Set aside and cool. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cool crust. Slice the fruit and let your creativity do the rest!
Heat the apricot jelly over the stove or in the microwave and thin with water until syrup consistency. Baste the assembled tart so the fruit is all shiny.
